In a decoction made with ephedra containing a range of a minimum of 0.8% alkaloids (according to the Pharmacopoeia of the Peoples Republic of China, PPRC) to 1.0% (according to the German Pharmacopoeia), the estimated range of alkaloids based on the WHO daily dosage range would be 8-60 mg and the range based on the PPRC dosage would be 12—90 mg. |

The best supplements are those that match the optimal cell resonance, and therefore are aligned with Popp's work and the message of Spiritual Nutrition. Eating Habits
To temper your feelings of anger, follow my dietary recommendations in chapter 5 and emphasize high-quality proteins, such as chicken, turkey, and fish, as well as abundant high-fiber vegetables. The protein provides amino acids that are needed to make neurotransmitters, and both the protein and the vegetable fiber help to stabilize blood sugar levels. Stable blood sugar levels will reduce the risk of mood swings. |

VITAMIN Bit (LAETRILE)
Laetrile is an extremely controversial vitamin. It is available in the United States on a limited basis for cancer research.
Laetrile contains natural cyanide and has been used to kill cancer cells. Normal cells contain a substance called rhodanese that cancer cells lack. When the cyanide from laetrile comes in contact with a normal cell, rhodanese neutralizes or detoxifies it. When the cyanide comes in contact with a cancer cell, it kills it because it has no rhodanese to protect it. |

Homeopaths argue that the water retains the memory of the herb or mineral's vital essence, hence the healing power of the solution. Many critics express disbelief on the grounds that such diluted medicines could never have profound physiological effects, and that any positive outcome is surely due to the placebo effect. But part of the appeal of homeopathy is that its remedies are patient-centered and tailored to the individual. |
